Greenhouse Mini Sessions

I have a love-hate relationship with mini sessions. On the one hand, they are a great way to accommodate many clients during the rush of the holiday season, or to reach out to more clients who may find a full session too daunting. But I always feel drained after a day of sessions. My goal is to maximize your session to the best of my ability; giving you as much variety as possible in your images in those 20 minutes. If I'm honest, I love how relaxation (for the clients) comes with the longer session time, as does creativity (for me). I often have to remind myself that although I may have posed 4 other families the exact same way in the past 2 hours, but this is the first for your family.
What I absolutely love about February mini sessions is that they allow me to get creative during the slowest months of the year. I love connecting with my clients, and capturing the connection between them on camera. This year's Valentine's Day sessions were in a Greenhouse which was perfect. It kept us dry and warm and added a pop of color. Here are some of my favorites from that day.
